If a record here is wrong, we want to fix it, and we would rather hear about it than not.

What we correct

• A product attributed to the wrong brand or model
• An identifier, barcode or date range that does not match the notice
• Two different products linked as though they were the same one
• A notice the regulator has since withdrawn or amended

How to report one

Email the address on our contact page with the page URL and what is wrong. If you are the brand named in a notice, say so — those reports are handled first.

How we handle them

Records are re-checked against the regulator's current notice. Where our data disagrees with the regulator, the regulator wins. Corrected pages are regenerated within a day. Where a regulator has withdrawn a notice entirely, our record is removed rather than amended.

We re-crawl every source on a rotating weekly schedule specifically to catch notices that regulators have quietly edited after publication.
